What’s your cancellation policy?

We know that sometimes, despite our best planning, urgent situations arise.

That’s why our cancelation policy requires only that you notify us 24 hours before missing a session.

In the event you do not give us 24-hours notice before missing an appointment, you will be charged for the full cost of that appointment.

What types of payment do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Do you take my insurance?

Do you work with people of all ages?

We do. While the majority of our patients are adults, we’re able to support the occupational and physical therapy needs of children, teens, and adults.

I’ve never been to a physical therapist. What can I expect?

Getting physical therapy is often one of the best decisions you can make when it comes to your health, wellness, and recovery.

You can expect a thorough evaluation and a course of treatment that’s customized to your medical history and the condition or pain that you’re experiencing.

What if I’m in pain but not sure what's wrong?

You don’t need to know what condition you’re experiencing to get treatment at Shore Point Physical Therapy. If you have pain, discomfort, or are experiencing mobility issues, these are all great reasons to seek treatment from a physical therapist.

Our thorough evaluation process will help to diagnose and address your unique challenges, so you begin feeling better.
